S.O.P.A. - It's Basically a Norsefire Bill

It's bills like these that I prefer to call a "Norsefire Bill". If you don't know what I mean, watch or read "V for Vendetta".

Yes, I know the bill is pretty much dying but it's not dead yet. This is mainly made just to show my disapproval of the bill.
